Last updated October 22, 2026. Alice Nails Spa is a nail salon at 22637 Ventura Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91364, operated by SKY HOMIES LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect through this website, our text messages and our phone calls, and how we use it.
What we collect
The text message form. The form on our Text messages page asks for your name and, if you want, your mobile number and a message (we need the number to text you or call you back). With them we receive whether you checked the text message box, the date and time you sent the form, and the page you sent it from. If you check the text message box, we also keep the IP address you sent the form from with your agreement, as proof that you agreed. If you came to our site from another website or an ad, the form also sends where you came from: the address of that site, the ad’s tracking tags and the first page you opened. The website saves all of this and emails it to us.
Spam checks. To keep spam out, the form checks how long it took to fill in. With every request we keep a scrambled (hashed) code made from your connection’s IP address, and we count the forms sent each day from a connection and for a phone number with the same kind of codes. These counts are deleted after a day.
Agreeing on a call. If you agree to texts on a phone call, we note in your contact record in JustCall your number, your answer, the date and time, and which version of our consent question we read to you.
Texting us. If you text us at (716) 300-6633, for example JOIN to sign up, we receive your number and your texts.
Our texts. JustCall, our messaging provider, sends and receives our texts. It keeps the texts we send you, your replies and any opt-out for us.
Calls. When you call us, we see your phone number.
This website. The site has no accounts, and the text message form is the only place it asks for personal information. Like any website, our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
How we use it
- To send the appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes and customer service replies you agreed to get by text.
- To answer your calls, texts and messages.
- To keep a record of your consent and of any opt-out, so we text only people who agreed and stop when asked.
- To keep this website safe and working, and to learn how people find us.
We do not send promotional or marketing texts.
Text messages
Our texts are for appointments and customer care only: confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes and answers to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Our full text message terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any text from us and we stop texting you. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPT OUT work too, and so does telling us any other way: call us at (818) 225-8648 or tell us at the salon. We may send one last text to confirm, and then no more. To get texts again, text START to (716) 300-6633.
Who sees your details
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing. Only the companies that run this website and our texts for us see it (the agency that builds and looks after our website, our web host, the service that delivers the website’s emails, and JustCall, our messaging provider), and only to do that work. We also give it out when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them for the reasons above. Records of consent and of opt-outs are kept longer, so we can show who agreed to texts and do not text a number that asked us to stop unless it signs up again.
Maps and social profiles
The Google map on this site loads only when you ask for it; Google then applies its own privacy policy. Links to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook open those sites, which have their own policies.
Cookies, videos and fonts
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A few small notes stay in your browser, on your device: your choice if you pause the animations; where you came from, if another website or an ad brought you here (kept for up to 90 days and sent to us only if you send the form); and, after you send the form, a note that it was sent, which is gone when you close the tab. The videos and fonts are served from the site itself.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. A parent or guardian takes care of a child’s appointments.
Your choices and California privacy
Ask us anytime to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you: call (818) 225-8648 or ask at the salon. We may ask you to confirm it is you, and we keep a note of any opt-out so we do not text that number again unless you sign up again.
We do not sell or share personal information as California law defines those words, and we do not give it to other companies for their direct marketing. Browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal; this site does not track you across other websites, so it works the same either way.
